KSA Holds Dressage Championship for Saudi Equestrian Federation Cup
The Saudi Equestrian Federation is holding the first international dressage championship in the Kingdom for the Saudi Equestrian Federation Cup.
It will be held at the Saudi Jumping headquarters in Riyadh during the period from 16 to 18 November. It consists of 3 rounds.
The first dressage championship held for Saudi Equestrian Federation Cup comes after the Equestrian Federation approved dressage as part of the equestrian games supervised by the Federation.
The federation, during the previous period, established a number of programs to discover talented people in this sport.
Moreover, it provided some courses to train and develop them so that the Kingdom would have a strong presence in these championships in major forums.
It is noteworthy that the Kingdom has won the hosting of the World Cup for Show Jumping and Dressage for the first time in the Middle East, which is scheduled to be held in April of next year 2024.
Earlier Achievements
The Federation recently held a ceremony to honor the achievements of the Saudi equestrian team at the Asian Games.
The talented riders showcased exemplary performances, bringing home prestigious medals and elevating the nation’s standing in the global equestrian community.
Furthermore, this ceremony was a recognition of the athletes’ hard work and dedication.
Moreover, it was also a celebration of Saudi Arabia’s rich equestrian heritage, which continues to flourish under the auspices of the Saudi Equestrian Federation.
