Governor of Al-Qassim Region Suggests Applying Science to Enhance Intelligence in Youth
His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim region, called for the use and utilization of scientific references and specialized educational books to enhance aspects of intellectual security among young people.
Scientific references can immunize all members of society from any misguided ideas, raise awareness of homeland security, and everything that poses a threat to the ideas of young people.
He stressed on the importance of enhancing the intellectual and cognitive aspects of youth through educational activities that the Education Department establishes for various educational levels.
This came during his chairing of a meeting in his office to discuss the benefit from scientific and specialized literature to enhance intellectual security in educational activities.
“Maarifa,” comes within the efforts of the program to enhance intellectual security in partnership with the General Administration of Education in the Qassim region.
The Undersecretary for Security Affairs, Major General Dr. Nayef Al-Marwani, and the Director General of Education in Al-Qassim Muhammad Al-Fraih attended.
During the meeting, programs related to the project were discussed, which aim to consolidate moderation in religion and national identity; enhance intellectual security; contribute to benefiting the educational community and develop capabilities; discover reading and research talents, and involve the family in the educational process.
