The General Court of Audit (GCA), represented by the Saudi Center for Financial and Performance Auditing (SCFPA), has been awarded the Innovation Award in E-Learning and Training under the Digital Solutions Track. The award recognizes GCA’s outstanding achievements in adopting innovative digital solutions to enhance and develop professional capabilities.
The announcement was made during an award ceremony organized by the National eLearning Center on Wednesday evening, held under the patronage of the Minister of Education, Yousef Al-Benyan.
This award honors organizations that design and implement pioneering technological solutions in education and training, making measurable contributions to improving the quality of digital learning. Moreover, award recipients demonstrate meaningful transformation in educational practices through the use of advanced technologies and innovative approaches.

GCA distinguished itself by meeting the award’s stringent evaluation standards, which included innovation in training solutions, user satisfaction with digital platforms, sustainability of digital initiatives, and their effectiveness in improving educational outcomes.
Commenting on the achievement, Tariq Al-Juraifani, Vice President of Institutional Services at GCA and Director General of SCFPA, stated that GCA has placed strong emphasis in recent years on investing in modern technologies and advanced digital tools. These efforts aim to deliver high-quality training programs and strengthen professional capabilities through initiatives such as the Human Motivation and Excellence System (Himma Platform) and the Smart Training Materials Library (Saql Platform).
He also added that these initiatives align with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives for digital transformation and contribute to expanding access to training opportunities.
The Innovation Award in E-Learning and Training highlights exceptional national achievements in digital education that support human capability development, while fostering excellence, sustainable innovation, and best practices in e-learning.
