Diriyah Season to Celebrate Eid Al-Fitr with Vibrant Cultural, Tourism Experiences
The 2025–2026 Diriyah season is set to welcome visitors to Diriyah during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday with a variety of tourism activities and cultural programs, strengthening Diriyah’s position as a major destination for families and travelers.
The season offers a range of experiences inspired by Diriyah’s rich history and heritage, including “Hal Al-Qusoor,” “Al-Huwayett,” “Diriyah Nights,” and “Samhan.” These events are thoughtfully designed to blend entertainment, education, and the arts within a festive Eid atmosphere.
The “Hal Al-Qusoor” program grants access to six historic palaces once home to imams and princes of the Saudi state, providing visitors with an engaging journey through the Kingdom’s history and development. It also features Arabian horse shows and cultural activities such as storytelling and poetry sessions for children and families.
In the Adhwaihrah district, “Al-Huwayett” offers interactive, educational experiences for children and teenagers. Through immersive trails that recreate daily life in old Diriyah, the program encourages a deeper understanding of national identity and community values.
“Diriyah Nights,” hosted in Al-Murayih district, presents a lively mix of dining, shopping, artistic displays, live music, and light shows—creating a dynamic setting that fuses traditional heritage with modern flair.
Meanwhile, the Samhan district invites visitors to explore key landmarks such as Samhan Mosque, Samhan Gate, and the historic tower. Guests can also engage with local residents and experience traditional social life, offering a rich and authentic cultural journey.
Diriyah Season continues to highlight the Kingdom’s heritage while delivering memorable experiences for visitors of all ages.
