The Buraidah Summer Festival will kick off on June 25 at King Abdullah National Park, as part of the wider Qassim Summer Season, according to Arab News.
The 60-day festival will boast over 100 entertainment, cultural and tourism activities designed for all age groups, offering a vast array of experiences for visitors.
Through a diverse lineup of activities, the Buraidah Summer Festival will bring together restaurant and café zones, booths highlighting families working in cottage industries, as well as youth-led entrepreneurial projects.
To ignite a spirit of excitement and joy, the event also features games, live entertainment, interactive programs, and daily competitions designed to engage visitors of all ages.
Moreover, the festival will include dedicated areas for children and youth, with offerings for all segments of society.
Ahmed Al-Yahya, the festival’s executive director, said the event will create more than 500 seasonal job opportunities for young men and women, across organizational, operational and service roles.
At the same time, the festival will also support cottage-industry families, small businesses and entrepreneurs, foster its economic and social impact and encourage community engagement.
