Arab Parliament Condemns Bombing Al-Fakhura School
The Arab Parliament has condemned in the strongest terms the horrific bombing by the Israeli occupation forces of the Al-Fakhura school and Tal Al-Zaatar schools run by UNRWA. The bombing resulted in hundreds of martyrs and wounded. This is a new blatant violation added to the series of Israeli violations against civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The Arab Parliament said that the bombing of schools and hospitals housing hundreds of displaced people is another full-fledged war crime. This crime requires international investigation and holding its perpetrators accountable. It also represents a flagrant violation of international law and International Humanitarian Law.
Moreover, the parliament called on the international community, human rights and humanitarian organizations, the Security Council and the United Nations to put real pressure on the occupying power to stop the massacres, and the continuous and escalating bloodshed.
Beside the parliament, Jasem Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), expressed his strong condemnation of the bombing of the UNRWA-run Al-Fakhura school in Gaza by the Israeli occupational forces.
Al-Fakhura School is in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. The attack left hundred murdered, including women and children.
Violation of International Laws
The Secretary-General said that this aggressive act that targeted innocent civilians blatantly violates international and humanitarian laws and conventions. It contradicts all moral and humanitarian values.
Call for Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza
Al-Budaiwi reiterated his absolute rejection of systematic targeting of innocent civilians. He demanded an immediate ceasefire, as well as protection for civilians, relief facilities, and its workers.
Furthermore, he urged for the activation of relevant international resolutions and international accountability mechanisms to investigate these ongoing violations and hold the perpetrators accountable.
GCC’s Steadfast Position
Al-Budaiwi affirmed the GCC’s unwavering stance in supporting international efforts for peace and justice.
He called on the international community to act promptly to end these aggressive acts and prevent further regional and global instability.
The GCC stands with the Palestinian people in their legitimate demands.

Saudi Arabia has openly condemned the recent Israeli raid on Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza.
This strong statement comes in the wake of escalating tensions and mounting humanitarian concerns in the region.
The Saudi Foreign Minister’s condemnation highlights the Kingdom’s firm stance against actions that threaten civilian lives and violate international norms.
In addition, Saudi Arabia has raised concerns over a separate bombing incident near a Jordanian field hospital in Gaza. The actions which further intensify the humanitarian crisis.
