In conjunction with the Misk Charity Week, the second edition of the Al-Maria Exhibition for Fine Art has concluded in Riyadh.

The exhibition includes brand-new experiences presented by the artist Fatima Al-Nimr, the artist Zaman Jassim, the artist Najla Al-Saleem, and the guest of honor for this year from Oman, the artist Hassan Meer.

In its edition this year, the exhibition focused on the integration of the four elements on which the lives of the island’s inhabitants were based, between “air”, “water”, “fire” and “soil”.

This year, the exhibition adopted a new method that simulates the senses of the viewer through moving and static images, sound, light, and others.

“Beautiful and Fire” represents sketches and lyrics for popular songs from the Qatif region, according to Fatima Al-Nimr, whose work embodies fire through the installation work of tambourines.

Her paintings will be displayed at stations in Muscat, Bahrain, London, and France during the year.

The artist, Zaman Al-Jassim, portrays the experience of sanctuary and the endless pursuit of tranquility in 3 pieces of art.

Plastic artist Naglaa Al-Saleem presented an artistic group that reflects on the journey of clay’s life and its transformations, dealing with it as a living element

As for the Omani artist, Hassan Meer, he left the viewer stuck between heaven and earth, contemplating the miracle of the integration of the four elements in the desert.
