Jazan concludes the fourth supplementary championship for equestrian show jumping

The Farasan Show Jumping Association in Jazan held its fourth supplemental show jumping competition yesterday, and it was completed.

The Saudi Equestrian Federation and the Saudi Ministry of Sports office supervised this competition, which took place at the Al-Mahamil Equestrian Club in the governorate of Uhud Al-Masarha.

This tournament was attended by the governor of Uhud Al-Masarha, Faisal bin Libdeh, and the director of the branch of the Ministry of Sports in the Jazan region, Ibrahim Rayani.

At the end of the tournament, the governor of Uhud Al-Masarha crowned the championship cup and medals for the knights who won the first five positions.

Dr. Muhammad Qahl, the association’s president, revealed that the competition, which included 100 riders enrolled in its rounds, featured fierce contests among the riders. These contests showcased their equestrian prowess and physical fitness.

He indicated that the championship aimed to enhance opportunities for increasing and developing equestrian sports practitioners in the region. The program also aimed to give students experience and skills they could use to improve their performance in the future.
