The company ” Airports Cluster 2 ” announced the launch of its first international flight from Cairo International Airport to Arar Airport, under the supervision of Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region.
The event was attended by senior officials from Airports Cluster 2, representatives from Nile Air, as well as several government entities operating at the airport.
Engineer Ali Masrahi, CEO of Airports Cluster 2, announced that the first international flight from Cairo International Airport to Arar International Airport marks a significant achievement. This launch also aligns with the transportation and logistics strategy and the national aviation strategy which supports Vision 2030. Moreover, the company demonstrates the commitment to enhancing airport infrastructure and services for travelers.
This journey is expected to facilitate the movement of travelers between the Kingdom of and Egypt. It also promotes the close commercial and cultural exchange between the two brotherly countries.
It is noted that the company ” Airports Cluster 2 manages 22 domestic and international airports. Furthermore, the Kingdom continues to work on expanding its international flight network from the various airports it operates.
