
Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh held official talks today in Riyadh with Ahmad Muzani, Speaker of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly.
Dr. Al-Al-Sheikh welcomed Muzani and his accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of such visits in deepening the long-standing relations between the two nations. He highlighted the active contribution of parliamentary diplomacy to advancing cooperation and reviewed the Kingdom’s significant progress in legislative, investment, and development sectors under its wise leadership.
Muzani expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and conveyed his satisfaction at visiting the Kingdom. He also noted the strong historical bonds between the two countries and praised the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their continued efforts in serving Islam and Muslims and providing services to pilgrims and visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.
Both sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations, broaden cooperation in various fields, and strengthen parliamentary ties. They also addressed several issues of mutual interest.
