Former National Assembly Speaker Park Byeong-seug led the delegation and personally delivered President Lee’s letter to Chinese leader Xi Jinping through Foreign Minister Wang Yi. Consequently, Park emphasized their mission would reopen channels for stable bilateral cooperation after prolonged tensions between the Asian neighbors.
