Riyadh Air Opens Ticket Sales for Riyadh–London Flights

Riyadh Air has announced that tickets are now available to the public for its flights between Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport and London Heathrow Airport. The route, set to feature the airline’s new aircraft starting July 1, 2026, marks an important step in its goal of linking Saudi Arabia with major global destinations while delivering a high-quality travel experience.

According to the airline, tickets can be purchased from May 19, 2026 via its mobile app, official website, or authorized travel agents. Travelers are also encouraged to join the Sfeer loyalty program as founding members, gaining perks such as a best-offer guarantee, complimentary Wi-Fi, and early rewards accumulation.

Since October 26, 2025, Riyadh Air has been operating daily flights to London Terminal 4 using its technical spare aircraft, “Jamila,” as part of its operational readiness program. These flights will remain bookable through approved partners until June 30, 2026.

From July 1 onward, all flights on the London–Riyadh route will be open for full public booking and operated exclusively by the airline’s new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner fleet, offering upgraded cabin design and onboard experience.

CEO Tony Douglas described the launch as a major milestone, highlighting the airline’s commitment to combining comfort, advanced technology, and Saudi hospitality. He emphasized that strengthening connections between Saudi Arabia and the UK aligns with the country’s Vision 2030 goals and supports broader global expansion.
