
The Makkah Chamber of Commerce yesterday received CEO of the Saudi-Uzbek Business Council Faisal Ba Abdullah, as part of efforts to enhance economic cooperation and explore promising investment opportunities between the two sides.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to develop trade and investment relations. They reviewed the economic advantages of Makkah, which help attract Uzbek investments, particularly in vital sectors such as services and infrastructure.

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening strategic partnerships and opening effective communication channels between the business communities in the two countries, in ways that support economic development goals and help bridge economic gaps through qualitative initiatives that promote knowledge transfer and the exchange of expertise.
The meeting also addressed available investment opportunities and mechanisms to address challenges investors may face, enhancing the business environment and keeping pace with modern economic trends, in light of the rapid development transformations underway in the Kingdom.
