YOUNG SAUDI WINS SECOND PLACE IN AN INTERNATIONAL MENTAL ARITHMETIC COMPETITION

Atzaz Al-Nafaei, a Saudi student from the Tabuk , placed second in a global mental arithmetic competition.

Sultan Al-Nafie’i, the girl’s uncle, tweeted: “My niece is in second place globally in the little genius mental arithmetic competition thanks to His Highness the Crown Prince’s vision.

In a video circulating among Saudi Arabia’s early social networking pioneers, the student, Azaz Al-Nafaei, discussed how she came in second place in an international competition and the factors that contributed to her achievement.

Atzaz said she originally enrolled in the “Little Genius Program” and finished the first level before moving on to the second, which focuses on mental arithmetic.

She mentioned that one of the teachers had prepared her to qualify for the competition, which helped her rank second.

The student attributed her success to “wise leadership, the Emir of Tabuk region, and the Ministry of Education,” as well as her teacher “Feda,” who provided her with extensive training.
