The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises ” Monsha’at” announced that the Global Entrepreneurship Conference will be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense.
During more than 100 sessions and with the participation of more than 150 speakers, the conference will discuss several topics aimed at helping entrepreneurs expand their businesses around the world, provide them with the necessary skills to face crises, and enhance the flexibility of doing business.
The conference, which will be held from March 27 to 30 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh, is expected to witness the attendance of a large number of local and international entrepreneurs, in addition to senior officials, decision-makers, experts, and investors.
Entrepreneurship &Crises Management
The conference, which is launched under the slogan “We Reinvent – Renew,” will witness various discussion sessions and the participation of senior officials and experts.
The sessions include the participation of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Energy, His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment, His Excellency Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and His Excellency Mr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Quwaiz, Chairman of the Board of the Capital Market Authority.
Jonathan Ortmans, Founder and President of Global Entrepreneurship Network, will deliver a speech entitled “Building One Global Entrepreneurship System”, followed by a panel discussion with Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple.
The activities of the first day will include a panel discussion by the well-known Egyptian businessman Samih Sawiris, while Marc Bernays Randolph, co-founder and former CEO of Netflix will also participate in a panel discussion.
The Summit Room hosts some sessions; including the “World Entrepreneurship World Cup Organizers Summit” session and the “Inaugural Session of the Emerging Nations Summit”, while the first room includes a session entitled “The Future of E-Commerce”, a session on “Next Generation Accelerators”, followed by a session on “Entrepreneurship during Crises”, and another About the “Future of FinTech in the Middle East and North Africa” and a session entitled “Global Startup Huddle”.
