The CEO of SFD (Saudi Fund for Development) Sultan Al-Murshid met the Resident Representative of the (UNDP) in KSA, Nahed Hussein, and her accompanying delegation.
The two sides were meeting at the Fund’s headquarters in Riyadh on Wednesday.
During the meeting, they discussed development projects and programs funded by the Saudi Fund for Development in developing countries.
The two sides also discussed issues of common concern and ways to enhance development cooperation between them.
they aim to unify development efforts, address challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
It is noteworthy that SFD has been working for more than 48 years to support development projects in developing countries.
These projects come in various vital sectors to contribute to realizing essential developmental services in those countries.
The Fund also aims to contribute to improving the standard of living of societies to support the least developed and poorest countries.
The Fund works to finance these projects to achieve the goals of sustainable development.
It also seeks to enhance the effectiveness of development aid through cooperation with regional and international organizations and institutions.
