The Saudi Bulk Transport Company (SBT-SENDDEX), the National Transport Solutions Company (NTSC), and Electromin have announced a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to reshape the sustainable transport landscape in Saudi Arabia. It represents a significant step toward achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which prioritizes cleaner and innovative transport solutions. The primary goal is to reduce the annual carbon emissions growth rate from 7% to 3% by 2030.
Roadmap for Carbon Reduction
As part of this strategic initiative, the companies signed a roadmap to reduce carbon emissions. This roadmap includes developing and implementing advanced transport solutions. It focuses on creating detailed plans to cut emissions across multiple transport modes in the coming years. Notably, the partnership achieved an important milestone by launching its first order for Light Duty Electric Trucks (LDTs). This initiative establishes a new standard for environmentally friendly transport.

Gary B. Flom, CEO of NTSC, emphasized their commitment to achieving Vision 2030 goals. NTSC will actively participate in the upcoming Electric Vehicle Exhibition, featuring over 100 companies, 50 speakers, and 20 exhibits. During this event, NTSC will showcase its latest innovations and sustainable transport solutions, including the DarbConnect fleet management program. The company will also unveil its roadmap for carbon emission reduction. This exhibition will provide attendees the opportunity to engage in discussions about the future of sustainable transport.
