
The Saudi Tourism Authority has taken part in the Monaco Yacht Show as part of its strategy to reinforce the Saudi Red Sea as an unparalleled global destination for maritime and luxury cruising, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
During the event, the authority unveiled the launch of its international Super Yacht Arabia campaign, which promotes the exceptional assets of the Saudi Red Sea destination.
From modern marinas and navigable waterways to exclusive offerings, the destination boasts an exceptional blend between cutting-edge technologies and natural beauty and cultural identity.
With breathtaking landscapes that feature coral reefs, lush oases, and secluded private islands, the Saudi Red Sea offers a fertile environment for investors in the global cruise tourism industry.
Fahd Hamidaddin, CEO and Board Member of the Saudi Tourism Authority, affirmed that the Saudi Red Sea is ready to host the global yachting community, backed by investments surpassing SAR 84 billion and a coastline spanning more than 1,800 kilometers.
Hamidaddin also noted that the Monaco exhibition offered an extraordinary stage to present the Red Sea as an emerging hub for the global yachting community, in line with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals of unleashing new horizons for sustainable investment in maritime tourism.
Overall, the Monaco Yacht Show provided the authority with a unique opportunity to highlight the Red Sea’s vast potential for tourism, showcasing its advanced infrastructure, promising investment opportunities, as well as readiness to welcome luxury yachts.
