Saudi Seasons to come back with more events
The Spirit of Saudi Arabia platform announced the return of the Saudi Seasons activity in a new version, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021
This year, the event returns with a longer duration, more diversity, and exciting events that meet different visitors’ expectations.
For the first time, the platform will invite the public to participate in the Saudi Mawasim industry through the website www.2years.sa, dedicated to receiving opinions and suggestions to enrich the event and work on the design, manufacture, and presentation.
Quality of life
The launch of the new Saudi Mawasim follows the Kingdom’s vision 2030, within the framework of the wise leadership’s keenness to give a better quality of life for citizens and residents.
The project promotes destinations and highlights tourism treasures that put the Kingdom on the global tourism map.
Mawasim also contributes to diversifying the national economy and providing attractive investment opportunities. That is done by involving the private sector and enabling it to play a role in implementing cultural seasons and events, which in turn provide many seasonal jobs.
The Mawasim activities were launched for the first time in 2019 and have contributed to advancing social and economic growth through a package of various events around the Kingdom. It has achieved many distinguished indicators and figures; more than 390 quality events were presented in total, attracting more than 50 million visitors, generating many business opportunities and more than 100,000 permanent and seasonal jobs.
