Saudi Foreign Min. Affirms Importance of Humanitarian Corridors in Gaza
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the Manama Dialogue 2023.
The Saudi minister affirmed the importance of humanitarian corridors in Gaza.
During the meeting on Saturday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of securing urgent humanitarian corridors to provide relief to children, women and civilians in Gaza. He called on the international community to stand up to all flagrant violations of international humanitarian law committed by the Israeli occupation forces against Gazan civilians .
In this context, Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his French counterpart, Catherine Colonna, stressed on Friday the importance of an immediate ceasefire in the Strip and enabling humanitarian and relief organizations to deliver urgent and necessary aid to Gaza.
