Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, met on Wednesday with the President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, at the Presidential Complex in Ankara, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
During their meeting, Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Erdogan reviewed relations between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye, exploring ways to further strengthen cooperation in a manner that promotes shared interests and achieves security and stability for the region.

Prince Faisal conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Saudi leadership to President Erdogan, along with their sincere wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of Türkiye and its people. In return, the Turkish President reciprocated his greetings, wishing the Kingdom and its people further welfare and growth.
The meeting was attended by the Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Walid Al-Khuraiji, Saudi Ambassador to Türkiye Fahd Abu Al-Nasr, and Director-General of the General Directorate of Councils and Committees, Engineer Fahd Al-Harthi.
Moreover, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan attended the meeting, according to the Turkish Presidency.
Earlier on Wednesday, Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with Fidan in Ankara, where they reviewed bilateral relations and discussed the regional situation and ways to establish security and stability.

Furthermore, the two ministers signed an agreement on mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and special passports.
Both ministers also chaired the third meeting of the Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries across various fields, advancing common interests, and coordinating efforts on regional and international issues.
