The Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, and the Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, on Saturday discussed key regional issues, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
During a phone call, both foreign ministers discussed the latest developments in the region and reviewed efforts made towards addressing them.

Earlier this month, Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with Araghchi in Jeddah. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Foreign Ministers’ Extraordinary Meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), held in Jeddah on Friday, March 7, 2025.
During their meeting, the Saudi Foreign Minister and his Iranian counterpart reviewed relations between the two countries. Furthermore, both ministers discussed the latest regional developments and efforts made in this regards.
