The Saudi Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) announced on Friday it would host the fourth edition of the Digital Technology Forum next October in Riyadh.
Under the patronage of the Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Chairman of the CST, Eng. Abdullah Amer Al-Swaha, the Digital Technology Forum will be held on October 9, 2024, in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
The fourth edition of the Forum, held under the theme “Synergizing for a Sustainable Digital Future,” aims to highlight how the synergy between government and private entities in the technology sector can offer great potential. It will also focus on the latest key developments in technology markets.
According to the CST, the Digital Technology Forum, in its fourth edition, will feature panel discussions and presentations that explore various themes. These include Synergizing to Enhance Tech Investment, Regulatory Collaboration to Enhance Technology, Synergizing Skills Development in the Technological Field, and Collaboration in Developing the Future of Digital Infrastructure.

These themes aim to build shared visions on how to develop digital infrastructure, open new markets, and enhance investment in future digital fields.
The Forum brings together technology leaders, innovators and investors. Furthermore, it provides a platform to exchange ideas, share expertise, and explore the best international practices in the field.
In the light of this, the CST has invited all interested individuals and professionals to register and follow the Forum’s events of the CST’s official website.
In August, the CST released its Digital and Space Sustainability Annual Report, which showcased the progress achieved towards digital sustainability. According to the report, Saudi Arabia is on its way to become a global leader in digital sustainability commitments owing to its continued investments in its digital infrastructure over the past several years.
