Saudi Commerce Ministry Recalls 2,577 Hyundai Tucson Vehicles over Technical Defect

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce has announced the recall of 2,577 Hyundai Tucson vehicles 2025 model due to a cabin wiring defect, according to the ministry’s official website.

The ministry noted that the defect may allow the car to shift out of ‘Park’ without pressing the brake pedal.

Thus, this malfunction poses a serious safety risk by increasing the possibilities of unintended movement and potential accidents as well.

Therefore, the ministry has urged all owners of this model to check whether their vehicle’s chassis number is included in the recall by visiting the Product Recall Center’s website at https://recalls.sa.
