Saudi Border Guard Directorate Participates in Global Health Exhibition 2024
The Saudi General Directorate of Border Guard is taking part in the exhibition accompanying the Global Health Exhibition 2024, as part of the Ministry of Interior pavilion, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Under the theme “Invest in Health,” the Global Health Exhibition is taking place from October 21-23, 2024, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
During its participation in the big event, the General Directorate of Border Guard showcases the search and rescue techniques at diving sites, emergency distress devices, and smart lifebuoys.
Furthermore, the Border Guard’s mobile clinic vehicles are providing medical services to the Global Health Exhibition’s visitors. These services cover multiple medical specialties. They also include a diagnostic lab and a digital X-ray room with the latest technologies.
The Interior Ministry’s participation in the Global Health Exhibition 2024 focuses on highlighting the key artificial intelligence (AI) technologies harnessed in the medical services it provides. It also aims to introduce future projects for medical cities in Riyadh and Jeddah.
Moreover, the Interior Ministry’s pavilion offers various services to the event’s visitors. These include driver’s license and vehicle registration renewal and printing; passport issuance, renewal, and activation; national ID card renewal and printing; lost or damaged ID cards replacement for citizens, and residency permit printing for residents. The services are available every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
