Saudi Arabia to establish an industrial zone in the Sultanate of Oman
According to the Saudi SPA agency, Saudi Arabia is studying the possibility of establishing an industrial site in the Sultanate of Oman and building logistic routes between the Kingdom and the Sultanate of Oman.
That came during a meeting that took place earlier with Saudi and Omani officials. They discussed investment opportunities and the Sultanate’s and the Kingdom’s potential for cooperation and integration in the special economic zones.
The meeting also took into consideration the possibility of establishing a Saudi industrial zone in Oman.
Saudi Arabia will build logistical paths to transport goods between the Saudi and Omani special economic zones, profit from the synergistic economic impact, and share development and supervisory experiences.
