
Saudi Arabia has achieved a landmark accomplishment by winning 52 awards at the 2025 International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) in London—more than any country since the event began in 2008. Representing 31% of the total 166 awards, this achievement reflects the Kingdom’s rising global prominence in the customer experience sector.
Saudi Customer Experience
Engineer Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, Chairman of the Saudi Customer Experience Association, credited the milestone to the maturity of customer experience practices across the Kingdom. He emphasized that the success stems from strong collaboration between public and private sectors under the umbrella of Saudi Vision 2030. Moreover, the association has focused on cultivating a professional environment that enhances sector readiness, promotes knowledge-sharing, and builds practitioner capabilities.
Abdulaziz Al-Shamsan, CEO of the Saudi Customer Experience Award and CEO of Customer Experience Management, confirmed that the Kingdom earned a record-breaking 19 gold, 14 silver, and 19 bronze medals—more than any country in ICXA history. He also described the achievement as a pivotal moment in the Kingdom’s development and a significant shift toward a culture that prioritizes customers and beneficiaries.
