The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has unveiled a new tender offering naming rights for five key stations on the Riyadh Metro network — Al-Murooj, Al-Nuzha, King Fahd District 1, Al-Rabie, and Jarir District, according to Arab News.

The contracts will be available for a duration of 10 years, marking a strategic move to engage the private sector.
Under a regulatory framework aligned with global public transport standards, the commission has invited both local and international private sector investors to take part in the tender.
Submissions will be received through the Furas platform until May 10, after which applications will undergo a comprehensive evaluation process, concluding with the awarding of contracts.
The initiative provides companies, including financial institutions and leading brands, with a unique opportunity to boost their visibility through association with the region’s largest transport project.
The offering also features a vast array of advertising opportunities, such as station signage, elevators, escalators, and ticket gates, all positioned within high-traffic commercial zones.

Since opening in December, Riyadh Metro has quickly positioned itself as a cornerstone of Riyadh’s transport network, carrying over 100 million passengers, according to the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.
