Saudi Arabia intercepts a booby-trapped march over Khamis Mushait

The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen claimed on August 19 that Saudi air defenses had intercepted and destroyed a booby-trapped drone that had been fired from Yemeni airspace into Saudi Arabia.

The Houthis conducted a booby-trapped march towards Khamis Mushait, which was stopped by Saudi air defenses.

According to the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, Houthi militias are continuing to attack persons and objects.

“Operational steps are being taken to safeguard persons and civilian items from hostile efforts,” he added.

The coalition claimed on August 19 that Saudi air defenses had intercepted and destroyed a booby-trapped drone that had been fired into the Kingdom from Yemeni airspace.
