Since its launch, the portal has delivered a range of electronic services, including inquiries about the accounts, deposits, and safe deposit boxes of deceased individuals; submission of complaints against financial institutions; requests to exercise personal data rights; applications to join SAMA’s Regulatory Sandbox; and requests for non-objection to leadership appointments.
