The second phase sales of the “Akhyaal 2” scheme in West Dammam exceeded 2 billion Saudi Riyals, reported Akhbaar 24. Adeer Real Estate Company offered the project in a public auction at a hotel. The auction successfully closed in record time with complete sales.

Suleiman Al-Harbi, the Deputy CEO of Adeer Real Estate Company, stated in comments to ‘Akhbaar 24’ that the lowest price sold per square meter in the auction was 1,180 Riyals, while the highest price for commercial properties reached 1,400 Riyals.
Moreover, Al-Harbi added that the total area of the scheme exceeded 4 million square meters. The net area amounted to 1.7 million square meters. He noted that the sale was completed in a record time as the prices were suitable for a wide range of attendees, including investors, developers, and those seeking housing.
He also reported that the scheme has all facilities and services and is distinguished by its unique strategic location in West Dammam, where modern residential projects and plans are flourishing.
