Riyadh Hosts Global Real Estate Leaders Summit on Dec. 4

The capital Riyadh is hosting the Global Leaders Summit in Real Estate (GLS2023) from December 4th to 7th.

The event is attended by a number of prominent real estate personalities, chief executives of major companies, members of the International Real Estate Federation and international speakers representing more than 110 countries.

Real Estate Leaders Summit Highlights

Tayseer Al-Mufarrij, the official spokesperson of the authority, highlighted that the summit will feature specialized dialogue sessions and multiple meetings in marketing, innovation, leadership, and real estate management.

Key Focus Areas

Al-Mufarrij stated that the summit is covering real estate industry challenges and investment opportunities. It is also emphasizing leaders’ roles in developing innovative ideas, discussing global best practices and their regional application, including AI.

The summit is coordinating with government and private entities to arrange guest visits to key real estate projects in the Kingdom, as SPA reports.
