Riyadh Air Supports National Talent with New Program

Riyadh Air has launched the “NAWAT Cabin Crew Program” to cultivate national talent in the aviation sector, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The program further boosts the Kingdom’s broader ambition to connect the Kingdom to more than 100 global destinations by 2030.

The initiative also seeks to attract and train thousands of Saudi nationals as the airline broadens its operations, equipping a new generation of cabin crew with the skills required to represent Riyadh Air and the Kingdom on the global stage.

Interestingly, the program will open several avenues for Saudi talent by offering hands-on experience and sustainable career pathways in the aviation sector.

It also features the recruitment of Saudi female engineers in aircraft maintenance, alongside specialized scholarship schemes in mechanical and avionics engineering.

Riyadh Air has invited Saudi men and women aged 21 and above, with a passion for hospitality and customer service, to apply for and join the program.
