Philippines approves e-vaccination certificate in “Tawakkalna” for Saudis

The competent authorities in the Philippines have approved the digital vaccination certificate available on the Tawakkalna application, according to the Saudi Embassy in Manila.

“The embassy advises persons seeking to visit the Republic of the Philippines that the digital vaccination certificate we have been relying on has been approved by the Philippine government,” the embassy said in a tweet.

This was based on the decision of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Infectious Diseases Management No. 168, provided that the citizen receives two basic doses and a booster dose of the Corona vaccine.

Entry of Saudis to Thailand without a visa

Yesterday evening, the Kingdom’s embassy in Thailand announced that the Thai government has allowed Saudi citizens to enter the country without a visa for 30 days for free.

Earlier, an official source in the Ministry of Interior stated that, based on the follow-up to the epidemiological situation of the Coronavirus pandemic, it was decided to lift the suspension of direct or indirect travel of citizens to the Republic of Indonesia.
