New Murabba Highlights Riyadh’s Downtown Vision at FII Priority Miami 2026

New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, took part in the FII Priority Summit Miami 2026—one of the region’s leading platforms hosted by the FII Institute. Held from March 25 to 27 at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach, the summit gathered global investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to examine the forces shaping the global economy.

Under the theme “Capital in Motion,” the fourth edition explored how capital, talent, and innovation are shifting across industries and geographies in response to a rapidly changing global landscape.

As the Official Reception Partner, New Murabba hosted an exclusive VIP dinner during the summit, bringing together prominent global leaders and investors. Additionally, the event served as a platform to strengthen international partnerships while showcasing Riyadh’s growing status as a hub for innovation, investment, and cultural exchange.

During the summit, CEO Michael Dyke participated in a high-level panel discussion alongside leading figures in architecture, urban development, and investment. The panel focused on how integrated urban systems—combining mobility, sustainability, advanced technologies, and mixed-use development—are transforming city design and the urban experience.

Dyke outlined New Murabba’s vision for Riyadh’s future downtown—a human-centric, mixed-use destination centered on connectivity, culture, and community. The project also aims to redefine urban living through integrated infrastructure, innovative design, and immersive cultural and entertainment offerings.

He noted that global platforms like FII Priority Miami play a vital role in shaping discussions around the future of cities and investment, emphasizing New Murabba’s ambition to deliver a forward-looking urban model that blends innovation, sustainability, and culture.

The summit attracted more than 1,500 participants from over 40 countries, including investors, business leaders, policymakers, and media representatives, reinforcing its role as a key forum for global dialogue and collaboration.

Finally, New Murabba reaffirmed its commitment to engaging with the international investment community and contributing to conversations that will shape the future of cities and economies.
