
“Al-Nakheel Park” in the old town of Haql Governorate, Tabuk Region, has been more than just a recreational spot for residents and visitors. For the people of Haql, it embodies stories and tales from the past, witnessed by parents and grandparents under the shade of its ancient palm trees that have stood resilient for decades.
In the past, these palms served as a source of food; today, thanks to the efforts of the Haql Municipality. Additionally, the park has become a beautiful green oasis that delights the eyes of its visitors.
Nakheel Park
Al-Nakheel Park, which spans a total area of approximately 28,000 square meters, is distinguished by its charming waterfront. It features green spaces and paved pathways with beautiful curves winding through the trees, making it an ideal spot for family picnics, walking, cycling, and relaxing under the towering palm trees while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. Moreover, there is a designated children’s playground area offering fun and entertainment.
