The Municipality of Medina announced an investment opportunity to establish, operate and maintain showrooms on Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saleh Road in Medina.
This opportunity comes with the aim of achieving economic development and providing high-quality municipal services to investors. As a result, the Municipality has allocated a land with an area of 4,404 square meters for the establishment of exhibitions, a contractual period of 25 years and a grace period of 30 months.
It calls on investors to submit their applications via the “City Investments” platform during the application period which ends on the 14th of May.
Last February, the Municipality of Medina announced an investment opportunity to construct, restore, operate and maintain a sports and entertainment club, located in the Al-Ahn neighborhood, south of Medina. The secretariat explained that the contract period is up to 20 years, the project area is 6,829 square meters, and the rent-exempt period is 5% of the contract investment period.
The secretariat called on investors wishing to benefit from the investment opportunity to review the conditions brochure and submit documents before the 9th of next September.
