King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 500 bags of personal care supplies to the most needy and displaced families in the city of Kabushi, Sudan, benefiting 2,875 individuals, reported Saudi Press Agency. This is part of a project to provide urgent shelter aid to the Republic of Sudan for the year 2024.

The aid is part of a series of relief and humanitarian projects implemented by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to help the Sudanese people due to the humanitarian crisis they are going through.

Sudan Crisis

The crisis is multifaceted, with political, economic, and humanitarian dimensions. All the dimensions have created a complex and challenging situation for the country and its citizens. Economic challenges have also played a significant role in the crisis in Sudan.

In addition, humanitarian issues have also been a major concern in the African country. Millions of people in Sudan are in need of humanitarian assistance due to conflict and displacement.

Sudan has faced challenges that will require sustained efforts from both government and the international community to address. However, there is hope for Sudan to survive without continued support and cooperation.
