Fifteen Saudi companies specialized in the plastic and petrochemical industries are participating in the 19th edition of the “Plastex 2024”.
Egypt is currently hosting the exhibition in Cairo at the Egypt International Exhibition Center. 500 companies representing 50 Arab and foreign countries are taking part in the event.
The participation of Saudi companies in this year’s exhibition aims to promote their modern plastic and rubber products and enhance the brand image of these products.
It also aims to secure market access to the Egyptian and African markets, and strengthen prospects for collaboration. The event also facilitates the exchange of experiences, discussions, and opinions regarding the latest innovations and technologies in the plastic and petrochemical industries.
Plastex 2024 Objectives
The exhibition aims to highlight environment-friendly sustainable products, establish partnerships, open new markets in the Middle East and North Africa. Moreover, the exhibition showcases the latest advanced technologies, sustainable practices, and leading trends in the plastic and rubber market.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, several specialized seminars are being held to discuss topics related to sustainable industrial development, enhance knowledge exchange, and develop vital skills to improve the efficiency of specialists and workers in the plastic industry in the region. Developing these skills will be through providing them with the latest industry developments in line with international standards.
Broad Participation
The “Plastex 2024″ exhibition enjoys broad Arab and international participation. It features a diverse range of materials, equipment, and technologies spanning over 10 product categories and showcasing more than 60 high-tech heavy machinery units, offering the latest advancements in the field.
