Haramain President congratulates Saudi Leadership on Eid Al-Fitr

After the great success achieved by The General Presidency of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque in implementing the plan in the blessed Ramadan season with efficiency and operational excellence, the General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques proceeded to implement the Eid prayer plan and finalize preparations to receive worshipers in the Two Holy Mosques for the blessed Eid Al-Fitr prayer amid an integrated service system through which it is keen to prepare all means of convenience for visitors and worshipers.

 

The General Presidency of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque announced that Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Humaid will perform the Eid prayer at the Grand Mosque. His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Abdul Bari Al-Thubaiti will lead the Eid prayer imam at the Prophet’s Mosque.

Moreover, the General President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

Likewise, the General President congratulated His Highness the Crown Prince on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr and asked God Almighty to keep him healthy.

The General President also extended his thanks and appreciation to all the leaders and employees of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, who did their best in cooperation with the participating parties in serving Rahman’s guests during the Ramadan season.

The General President confirmed the completion of preparations in the Two Holy Mosques for the blessed Eid Al-Fitr prayer. He also confirmed the preparation of services in the Grand Mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque, its roof, and its courtyards. This is for those coming to perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer.

The presidency also coordinated with security authorities to facilitate worshipers’ movement. And to provide the highest quality services to worshippers in the Two Holy Mosques to perform Eid prayers easily.

The General President praised the Special Force men for the security of Hajj and Umrah in the Great Mosque of Mecca. He stressed the exemplary efforts made by the security men in organizing the crowds. He also preserved the Grand Mosque’s security and safety.

The Presidency was also keen on purifying, fumigating and fumigating the Sacred Mosque and the carpets, preparing Zamzam water containers and distributing them throughout the Sacred Mosque, and preparing carpets in the Sacred Mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque, its roof, and its outer squares, in addition to preparing all the gates leading to the Two Holy Mosques to ensure the facilitation and ease of entry for worshippers to them.

Toilet facilities were also prepared, in addition to the ablution and renewal sites located in the courtyards, to facilitate worshipers’ access to them. Mobility vehicles and elderly vehicles were also equipped at the entrances to transport the elderly and people with special needs.

For his part, the General President praised the efforts of the Assistant Director of the General Administration for Production and Information, Director of the Media Unit in the Office of His Excellency Ayman bin Othman Al-Khudair, during the blessed month of Ramadan, stressing that the media efforts made by Manher had a positive impact on delivering the media message to the whole world.

Similarly, the General President for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, launched a project to transfer people with disabilities from the courtyards of the Grand Mosque to the doors designated for them.

It is noteworthy that the project includes a number of fully equipped electric vehicles for people with disabilities, as it consists of a vehicle with seats inside that can accommodate five people, and its operating program will be in the external squares, and it is a frequency transmission in the eastern squares and western squares of the Grand Mosque.
