Minister of Health Fahad Al-Jalajel yesterday inaugurated the Damy Seha Blood Donation Center in Riyadh’s Digital City. The center aims to encourage voluntary blood donation as part of the Ministry of Health’s efforts to raise awareness about its importance and simplify the donation process across the Kingdom.
This initiative seeks to boost blood reserves to meet patient needs and is one of 11 centers established in various regions of Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom has achieved significant global recognition for its high number of blood donors, with more than 700,000 individuals nationwide contributing to this vital cause.
