Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, next Thursday, Shawwal 18, 1443 AH, corresponding to May 19, 2022, the final match of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, for the current sports season 2021-2022, will be held between Al Hilal and Al Fayhaa teams at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, Jeddah.

The Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, was delegated to attend the match and hand the winning team the cup and gold medals, and the silver medals to the second place.

On this occasion, the Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal expressed his sincere thanks, and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, for his generous sponsorship of this precious occasion, and to the Crown Prince for his attendance and honoring of this great sporting event, which is an evident embodiment of the wise leadership’s interest in sports and athletes.

He said: “The huge leaps we are experiencing in the field of sports, would not have been achieved without the success of God Almighty, and then the generous support that touched the needs of the nation’s sport, and with God’s help, we will move forward to achieve aspirations, through the implementation of comprehensive programs and initiatives emanating from the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, towards A bright future, God willing.”

The Minister of Sports congratulated the Al Hilal and Al Fayhaa teams on reaching the final match of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, wishing them success and providing distinguished technical levels that reflect the evolving reality of Saudi football, which has become the focus of the attention of sports fans at home and abroad.
