Crown Prince Leads Saudi Arabia’s Delegation at 45th GCC Summit

Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, is leading the Kingdom’s delegation at the 45th session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The summit, held in Kuwait, is a crucial platform for GCC member states to discuss regional and global issues.

Focus on Regional Collaboration

Kuwait’s Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, highlighted the importance of the GCC’s unified approach to tackling pressing regional challenges.

GCC Secretary General Jasem Albudaiwi expressed appreciation to Saudi Arabia for hosting recent Joint Arab Islamic summits, underlining their success. He emphasized the significance of a two-state solution and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state to ensure regional stability.

Saudi Delegation’s Key Members

The Saudi delegation included prominent ministers, such as Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman and Prince Faisal bin Farhan, underscoring their pivotal roles. Other members included Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, among others.

Following the public addresses, leaders participated in a closed session to deliberate on crucial regional and global developments.
