The Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, has approved the honorary presidency of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts.

On this occasion, the Minister of Culture, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, extended his thanks and gratitude to the Crown Prince, and his approval of the honorary presidency of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts.

Prince Badr stressed that the idea of ​​the institute emerged from the directives and vision of the Crown Prince in support of the cultural sectors, which are one of the most important pillars of quality of life.

The Royal Institute, which was approved by the Cabinet in March of this year, is a knowledge center that enriches cultural life, celebrates the Saudi national identity, raises levels of awareness of the cultural scene, and is an important building block in achieving national trends and visions. It aims to revitalize the culture industry and make it one of the tributaries of the economy, as it is one of the initiatives of the “Quality of Life” program and the pillars of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
