The Aramco Team Series has partnered with INVEST SAUDI, Saudi Arabia’s national investment promotion platform, to drive the economic and sporting growth in the Kingdom.
According to Golf Saudi, the partnership represents a significant milestone in the sporting sector combining innovation and investment.
Therefore, the deal serves as an ideal platform for promoting innovative business development through sports.
Interestingly, the partnership arrives in a crucial time while all people are eagerly waiting for the fifth Aramco Team Series champions of 2024.
Final Tournament
Currently, players are fiercely competing in the final tournament of the Series that kicked off on October 31 at Riyadh Golf Club in Saudi Arabia.
Funded by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the event represents the first team event series of its kind on any professional tour.
The event consists of five global events sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour (LET).
It marks the only event in the world of Golf where an amateur plays a role in the final score in the team competition.
The series dates back to 2020 and started to boast five events on the Ladies European Tour two years later.
Each tournament runs for three days featuring individual and team events.
Taking place across three continents, each tournament brings the most brilliant players all over the world together with amateur golfers.
Crucially, the series offers a total prize pool of $1m, $500,000 for the team event and $500,000 for the individual competition.
