Al-Faisal check updates on the health situation in Makkah Al-Mukarramah

His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, was briefed on the health situation and incentives for investment in the sector.

His Highness listened to an explanation of the health situation in the region in general and the preventive, awareness, and oversight role of health, it’s follow-up to the application of health requirements and preventive measures in various sectors.

He further followed up the joint coordination between health in Makkah and education in the region coinciding with the attendance of primary school and kindergarten students for a safe return and completion of immunizations.

His Highness was briefed on the health investment situation in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the efforts made to stimulate health investment in the private sector, as it is one of the most important areas of investment in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

On the other hand, His Highness the Emir of the region conferred his new rank at the Emirate’s headquarters in Jeddah, the Director of Anti-Narcotics in the region, Major General Fahd Al-Hammad.

The Prince congratulated His Highness Major General Al-Hammad on the occasion of the promotion, asking God to grant him success, while Major General Al-Hammad expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Emir of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, stressing that it will – God willing – help him to serve the religion, the homeland, and the leadership.
