AgroFood Jeddah: Thriving Hub for Agriculture and Food Begins Next Week

The third edition of the Jeddah International Agriculture and Food Exhibition (AgroFood Jeddah) will take place from December 3 to 5. The event will be held at the Jeddah Center for Exhibitions and Events.

Sponsored by the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF), the exhibition will showcase agricultural and food industry products and investment opportunities. It will also feature the latest technologies and innovations in the agricultural sector. Both local and international agricultural companies will participate.

Promoting Knowledge Exchange, Investment Opportunities

Habib Abdullah Al-Shammari, an ADF spokesperson, emphasized the exhibition’s role as a platform for agricultural, animal, and fish industry stakeholders. It will provide a venue for experts to exchange knowledge and expand investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s agricultural sector.

This year’s edition will focus on the latest products, technologies, and solutions in agriculture and food sectors, including garden supplies and equipment. Al-Shammari stated that the exhibition will underscore sustainability, food security, and advancements in agricultural technology, animal husbandry, and aquaculture.

The Fund’s Role in Supporting Agriculture

The ADF will sponsor the event and set up a pavilion to highlight its financing programs and online services. The pavilion will offer financial consultations to farmers, investors, and agricultural sector enthusiasts.

On the second day of the exhibition, the ADF will host a specialized workshop with agricultural experts. The workshop will focus on the fund’s role in supporting and financing agricultural activities, including greenhouses, poultry, aquaculture, and sustainable rural agricultural development projects.
