Absher Enhances User Experience with 5 New Services

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior has unveiled 5 new digital services on Absher platform, aimed at fostering the national transformation system within the Ministry.

During the Absher 2025 Conference in Riyadh, running from December 17-19, in partnership with Tuwaiq Academy, the Saudi Deputy Assistant Interior Minister for Technology Affairs, Eng. Thamer Al-Harbi, made the announcement, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The new services include:

  • Absher Assistant: an Agentic AI tool that helps users complete their tasks.
  • Comprehensive Field: an enhanced digital tool focused on improving field operations for security and safety.
  • Secured Conversations: a high-security encrypted messaging feature integrated within the Absher app to ensure safe communication for the Ministry’s staff.
  • Talk to Your Data: an interactive interface allowing leaders and employees to interact directly with operational data, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Central Database: a centralized system that leverages AI to analyze emergency 911 reports.

Furthermore, the Absher 2025 Conference saw the signing of a strategic agreement between the Interior Ministry and HUMAIN to deploy AI technologies across the Ministry’s various sectors and platforms.

The Saudi Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, inaugurated the Conference and honored the winning teams of the “Absher Tuwaiq Hackathon,” the largest hackathon in the world.

The Absher Tuwaiq Hackathon set new Guinness World Records, the organization’s spokesperson announced. This includes the World’s Largest Hackathon, with over 4,100 participants.

It also secured three global titles: Most Participants in a Hackathon, Largest Security Innovation Hackathon, and Largest Digital Solutions Hackathon worldwide.

The Conference hosts more than 80 keynote sessions featuring prominent speakers, 80 specialized workshops by 150 experts, and 10 interactive zones to enrich the visitor’s experience.
