KSGAAL Concludes Fourth Conference on Tech in Arabic Lexicography

The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) concluded its fourth annual international conference yesterday in Riyadh, gathering more than 50 experts from 30 countries.

 

The two-day event provided a global forum for sharing expertise and discussing the future of lexicography. Through ten scientific sessions, participants explored topics such as collaboration among Arabic language institutions, emerging trends in dictionary development, and the growing influence of technology and artificial intelligence in lexical computing.

KSGAAL Secretary-General Dr. Abdullah Al-Washmi highlighted that the conference reflects the Saudi leadership’s continued commitment to advancing the Arabic language, enabling the academy to initiate pioneering projects that strengthen its global reach.
