The Prime Minister’s visit to the Kingdom aims to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries: Japanese Ambassador  

The Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Fumio Iwai, confirmed that Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aims to enhance cooperation and advance economic growth between the two countries.

In an exclusive statement to the “Saudi News” channel, Fumio Iwai said that the visit seeks cooperation and mutual support for sustainable development in both countries.

He refers to Japan and the Kingdom’s launch of the Saudi-Japanese Joint Vision 2030 on the occasion of the visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Japan in 2017.

The Japanese ambassador added that the Saudi-Japanese round table meeting scheduled for today will address issues of common interest in international issues, given the position of Japan, which heads the Group of Seven countries this year, and the position of Saudi Arabia, which plays a leading role in the Group of Twenty and the Arab and Islamic world.
